How to stay healthy but gain healthy weight?

I’m underweight and had symptoms of anorexia but now trying to recover. I been struggling with it about awhile and now I’m struggling what to eat that helps me gain back my weight but healthy. I am eating healthy food but not enough calories that’s not enough for an average adult. It’ll be around 1400 or lower but nutrition. Can anyone please help me how to prepare meals or tips that’ll help?

    While I agree with talking to your team, you have been given a calorie goal. Tracking that here in the app will help you visualize what your intake is. Focus on protein and protein supplements to get those calories in. Look to your prescribed meal guidelines to help you add to that.

    Most people here are trying to lose or maintain. But I have seen other threads with your similar situation. I would also consider the bodybuilding/weight gain threads.
