Fit by summer / perimenopause group out there?

I would like to lose 20 or 25 by summer . My plan is to track and exercise 30 min 5 days a week. I got an Apple Watch to help. I tried weight loss shot for 1.5 months but lost muscle and I am muscular build so didn’t like that . Harder to lose at almost 47 but not giving up ! Any ladies who have a perimenopause group for weight loss can you add me my mom didn't go through menopause till 55 but it is so hard to lose now but not giving up
