Eat back exercise calories when following 80% TDEE

I know, I know this question has been asked before. I even used the cool search function to try to find it. I had a hard time =(

Female, 20 y/o, 166 lbs, 5'5". Using this site <http://thefitgirls.com/tdee-calculator.aspx> I have a BMR of 1583, and my TDEE is 2730. 80% of my TDEE is 2184. I've been eating about 1800 lately.

I'm currently doing a home workout program by the company Beachbody (think P90X & Insanity) called Focus T25, in which I burn about 300 calories a day, 5 days a week; and about 600 calories on the sixth day.

Should I be eating back my exercise calories on top of my usual 1800? Or should I be eating my exercise calories on top of the 2100? I have been having a hard time imagining eating more than my current 1800 without eating all sorts of "bad" stuff with it...

Help is appreciated!

If you included exercise in your TDEE calculation you don't eat them back at all.
