Trying again. My 66 y/o knees don't like my 285 pound body these days. Shooting for "25 in 25". Could be equivalent to chipping an ice cube out of an iceberg, but I have to start somewhere.

The trick is not to make the commitment.
The real key to weight loss is to HONOR the commitment!
How about making a commitment you KNOW FOR SURE YOU CAN ACTUALLY DO!
Like "eat healthier than usual for a week". Measurable. Easy. You can do it. Commit! A week from today, CELEBRATE YOUR VICTORY!
