Hunger after exercise?

Hi!
I always try not to eat over my daily goal calorie, but there are days when i sport quite a bit (like today 1,5 h biking, quite at max. of my capabilities). Then I come back home and I am very hungry. Usually I satisfy myself with yogurt, but today I had to eat some bread with tuna additionally. Only then did I feel my stomach satisfied.
Having said this, I am trying to follow the rule that one should consume many proteins after exercise..
Do you think it's a good idea? Do you have any better ideas for after workout snack (to still remain in goal calories (or within 110% of it? Net intake being still way below the goal)
Thanks!

Your net intake shouldn't be below your goal, it should be as close to it as possible. Please eat your exercise calories, it's how this website is designed.0
