What are some high calorie snacks that I can eat quickly to add to my intake?

I am usually very busy and have the only 3 basic meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I need to eat lots of snacks in between and during my classes so what are some recommendations?

    Cubes of full fat cheese, nuts, seeds, cakes, biscuits, crisps, most junk foods… make yourself a dirty bulking shake and drink that 🤷‍♂️

    MET-Rx bars are good, specifically the Super Cookie Crunch, cold bagels w cream cheese/pb, kefir I prefer strawberry, hard boiled eggs, quinoa & yogurt, protein chips. I usually plan out my whole days macros. Guess it depends on your goals but in any case, carrying a cooler with you works best.
