Hi Steph and George, I am Lore and I am in the same situation. From June 2, 2021 to July 1, 2023 (2 years), I lost 46 pounds! I only logged on Fitness Pal for the first five months. After that, I had a pretty good idea of what I could eat that would add up to 1,200 calories a day. For the second half of 2023 and all of 2024, I have gone up and down by 9 pounds. Now, I am determined to take those 9 pounds off again, and maybe another 6 (15 pounds, total). Sorry I am being so detailed, but it helps me to vent a bit and get all these statistics in one place. I really feel that going back to logging my food will keep me from "cheating" (with a "who am I kidding, I am not eating that much" mentality). Maybe we can check back here in a month to see how we are each doing?0
