Newbie

Hi, my name's Chris and I'm new here. Just a bit about me... I'm a dad to two boys, who are amazing but being a parent doesn't always allow me the time to look after my fitness, tried most diets on and off, so now I'm trying a new approach. It's going to take longer and be harder than ever, I'm not going to look to burn as much as I can in a short space of time, just looking for 1-2 ibs a week consistantly and make some realistic lifestyle changes I can stick to.
