Hello! I just started recording yesterday! I've been running since March 2024, but never really concentrated on my diet. So here I am, starting new!0

Learn to at least weigh and record accurately. There’s a learning curve, so be patient with yourself.
It’s possible to lose without exercise, but exercise will ultimately make you healthier and feel better, give you a few extra calories to play with, and make the process faster.
Invest in a fitness tracker. That’s what turned the corner for me.
Learning that an hour brisk walk didn’t even cover the calories of a “serving” of Oreos was a real lightbulb moment for me. I stupidly thought I could eat a whole package and it would “zero out”.
If you’ll pardon me, “fat chance”. And I was.
