I started this site in Feb of this year. I have no clue why, but I just didn't stick-I maybe lasted a day. Well, I'm on Day 5 now, so hopefully I can motivate myself to make this one last!!
My name is Ashlee-I'm turning 29 tomorrow. I'm originally from Indiana but living on lovely (haha) Fort Bragg, NC while my husband serves in the army. He is away training for a few months-no contact
and I'm here with my two kids- Taylor & Cohen (5 and 2, respectively).
I have always been small. Up until I became pregnant with my first child at 23, I was 5'4" and weight about 110-115. My pregnancy BALLOONED me up-but I got down to 125. When I was 26, I became pregnant with my 2nd child and this weight is STUCK! I am at 197 (as of today) and that's just ridiculous, imo!
I'm trying a low calorie/high protein diet along with my wonderful videos (p90x, slim in 6, turbo jam, 30 day shred, crunchless abs, windsor pilates, barry's bootcamp-obviously I'm a collector:) and hopefully I can get down to a normal weight. I am not looking to be skinny-just comfortable-with a "normal" bmi!
The support here seems amazing..and I look forward to getting to know everyone. Sorry I wrote a book here, but sometimes its motivating to get your story out!!
Please feel free to ad me..the more support the better right??

Welcome back! I find that the one thing that has kept me coming back and keep trying is all of my friends on here. When you have someone that you talk to on MFP regularly, it keeps you coming back even if it's just to chat and browse for a bit. My fitness buddies on here have truly helped me through all of my issues so that I can fix the problem now. Best of luck. Feel free to add me for support.0
