    JFT Monday

    • Work by 8:00 ❌ 8:15
    • Approve time cards by 9:00 ✔️
    • Meetings ✔️
    • Update area ✔️
    • Return sleep study apparatus to hospital at lunch ✔️
    • Grab lunch while out ✔️
    • Afternoon audit ✔️
    • Therapist med check at 4:40 ✔️
    • Home ✔️
    • Go for hike 30-45 minutes ❌ Forgot I had to pick up V's car at the shop.
    • Dinner at home ✔️
    • No alcohol ✔️
    • Bed by 10:00 ❌

    Totally forgot that I had to go with hubby to get the Mini Cooper from the shop. Oh well. Otherwise not a bad day. It was a hot day though, and it was a hard hat day. Between the sweat and the hardhat, I had definitely seen better days.

    Today is work, then spin class. Hope my fat bum can swing teaching class, I haven't taught in over a month. I will survive, but I will struggle.

    Hour commitment - I won't eat again until after 5 pm. None of the same foods at dinner as at lunch. Can still have my dose of metamusal.

    Recap M 7/7 ~ Tried to update using phone on patio, but old android with low battery doesn't want to. Had to come inside. It's a beautiful summer day. Hubby doesn't have to report for jury duty today or tomorrow, only W & R possible at this point.

    • Hit alarm clock off & slept in a bit but temps not so hot today. Walked dog 4.13 mi 😁 happy dog & happy me. Calculated that I still need to walk 121 5K distances to complete the yearly challenge (177 days remaining). That should be easy to do, as long as I don't get lazy, or allow weather/schedule to derail me.
    • Supper? sheet pan shrimp with broccolini & tomatoes (new recipe) very good! / limit snacks & sweets ~ yogurt w/ strawberries & granola, string cheese / 80 oz. water ~ 64 / log all food / net calories zero 😐️ -55
    • OT exercises / usual M garbage chores / read / digital declutter / other? made hummer food (finally), cleaned & refilled hummer feeders, washed dishes, weeded more rocks 😀 ta-da!

    JFT 7/8 T ~ Scattered showers morning & evening, but sunny & hot rest of today… dog & I stuck to neighborhood this morning just in case and almost made it but finished 3 blocks in light rain shower. Actually felt refreshing.

    • Walked dog 3.25 mi 😁 happy dog & happy me / OT exercises

    WOTY 2025: Judicious ~ I just like the way the word sounds, and the meaning is right for me: having or showing reason and good judgement in making decisions. I can apply this word in so many ways!
