You can create your own entries in the my meals, recipes, and foods section. Add your ingredients, and serving size, and it calculates calories etc for you.1

I am new to this app but have done some others, I have put in a recipe but I’m not sure how to go back and use it once it’s added. Where do I find my recipes to follow? I can find the macros and calories but not how I made it so I can do it again.0

I usually log from my iPhone. Not sure what it looks like on android or the web version.
Hope this helps.
