You can create your own entries in the my meals, recipes, and foods section. Add your ingredients, and serving size, and it calculates calories etc for you.

I am new to this app but have done some others, I have put in a recipe but I’m not sure how to go back and use it once it’s added. Where do I find my recipes to follow? I can find the macros and calories but not how I made it so I can do it again.

You should be able to do all of this through the meals, recipes, and foods section. Click on the recipe, and you can add it to your diary or edit it. When you edit it, you can see the ingredients. You can also add meals, recipes, and foods from your diary. When you click add food, you should see an option.
I usually log from my iPhone. Not sure what it looks like on android or the web version.
    Hope this helps.
