Another day

I tracked yesterday which was my goal until I got home with a migraine which sent me to bed. Don't get them often but knew taking care of myself was more important at that moment than dinner and tracking it.
Today, I have tracked all my meals. Wrote in a new fitness journal of my goals.
Tomorrow is another day to track it all, food and exercise. And let's not forget the WATER!!!!
