    Don't be dismayed if you open that up and see old posts. It's still active (and the things people were eating even back then can be inspiring, right? ;) ). The new posts are at the end, on high-numbered pages. You can jump straight there with the number/arrow links near the top and bottom of the list of posts on any page of the thread.

    Really, any food you like that has reasonable calories is a good start. Log what you eat now, and I'll bet you'll quickly find things that you can reduce to cut calories, without too much difficulty . . . at least that was my experience, and I've seen others say the same.
