You might check out some threads over in the Recipes part of the Community. This is just one example:

Don't be dismayed if you open that up and see old posts. It's still active (and the things people were eating even back then can be inspiring, right? ). The new posts are at the end, on high-numbered pages. You can jump straight there with the number/arrow links near the top and bottom of the list of posts on any page of the thread.

Really, any food you like that has reasonable calories is a good start. Log what you eat now, and I'll bet you'll quickly find things that you can reduce to cut calories, without too much difficulty . . . at least that was my experience, and I've seen others say the same.
