I'm 59 and looking to lose 40 lbs before 60! I really need help prepping for meals to avoid snacking!

    Hi Cathleen! I recently made 3 dishes at the same time so there were more choices. I’ve also been prepping ahead to save time. In other words, if I’m chopping up a little onion or peppers I’ll go ahead and chop all of it and put it in zip lock bags to add to other stuff for the following days. Do you like chic peas? I’ve been snacking on them. It’s good protein and you can add different seasonings. Rinse a can of low sodium chic peas and place in a dry skillet using med- high heat. Stir until brown and add any seasoning. It’s a great snack. 😉😋 I hope that’s helpful!
