Better storing of commonly used foods

I've scanned the brand of chicken breast, turkey, etc. When i search for those foods to create a recipe they never pop up. If there was a section that had only recently used, previously scanned, etc. When adding ingredients or logging food it would be great!

If you search chicken breast there's hundreds of options ranging from 120 calories to 500... that's a huge difference. This app used to be free. For 80$ a year you shouldn't have so many frustrations adding things you've previously added.

The app is still free if you want it to be - for as long as I've been using it, there has been a choice between the premium version and the free version.

You can already search recently used foods, by the way (in the app at least, not sure how it works on desktop). There is a toggle to switch between most used and most recent, for that specific meal or all meals.

This, I've never used the paid version. The food database is the same regardless of whether you have the paid version.

I do agree that it would be a huge improvement for the recipe builder to bring your recent or entered foods up first when you search.

I missed the part about it being for recipes. That's why I never use the recipe builder, but rather save everything as meals - at least then I can find my ingredients properly.
