Are you going to hit your goals in 2025

In 2024 I lost 50 lb. I still have probably another 45 to 50 to go. But one thing I'm doing is focusing on doing the right things each day more than how much weight I'm losing each day or week. I wonder if that will help other people reach their goals. Things I did differently in 2024:
1. I only weighed myself every now and then. It was kind of fun to see a surprising new number, as opposed to weighing every day and some days it goes up some days it goes down but you never have these big jumps that are so fun to see.
2. I tried to go for a good long hike everyday. Sometimes I did sometimes I didn't but I never beat myself up. I also added using weights in my friend's pool. The water weights. I never beat myself up if I didn't exercise in a specific day. But I found that I ended up doing it most days. By not putting any pressure on myself.
3. I did not follow a specific diet. I am the queen of black and white dieting either I'm all in or I'm completely often bingeland. I found that I just kept making high protein choices Good carbs with lots and lots of whole grains and as many fruits and vegetables as I could stand. I'll be honest I like fruits and vegetables I just hate cooking. So I bought a lot of bad salads I ate a lot of those mandarin oranges and bananas. Because I didn't have to cook. I will cook a dozen hard boiled eggs at a time, keep lots of those little babybe cheeses and the Costco rotisserie chickens handy. All that work together really well for me this year I hope some of those suggestions will help you.
