Yeah. Soooo many questions!
I grill a steak every Sunday, and throw a couple pounds seasoned chicken on with it. Slice or dice. Easy for chicken wrap, add to salads, dice and make chicken salad. So many easy uses.
Also consider lean cuts of beef and pork. Some are 140/4 ounces. That’s a real value in the protein department, plus pork is way cheaper than chicken right now, and that’s even living in the chicken capital of the world. 😢
I often smoke a big pork loin, and same: dice chop or slice and enjoy all weeks. Hughes and Stubbs both make an excellent sugar free low-cal bbq sauce. Tastes better than Kraft imho.
I browned and then crockpotted a large beef roast Sunday evening. Shredded with horseradish sauce, lettuce and cherry tomatoes, it makes an outstanding wrap for lunch. Sunday will be a large piece of lower cal London Broil. Sliced with teriyaki on a wrap….yummmmm0
