Lose 20 : Get under 200

Ok, here goes... Mid 40s, post partum, peri-menopausal... My goal is to lose 20 lbs which would get me under 200, for my first goal (baby steps).
Looking for like minded and similar moms that want a support group...

    Hi there! I'm 43 primenopausal and have had 3 kids. I have been using this app for years and have always been able to loose weight. HOWEVER now that I'm in my 40s and dealing with hormones it has been extremely challenging. I really started focusing on my macros...protein is huge. So I'm lifting weights more and eating a ton of protein. Also, cortisone levels play a huge factor as well...we need sleep and yoga. Being primenopausal it can be difficult to sleep and our anxiety increases. Also take your vitamins! Multi, B12, B complex, collagen and D. You are not alone and it's important that us ladies talk about our struggles. You can do this!
