Perimenopause Weight Lifting Challenge (No Cardio)

Perimenopausal.
I have always done long bouts of cardio because that exercise allows me to zone out to music and burn calories. Still, this exercise does not allow me to see any muscle definition in my body, and I used to be very muscular.
I started a YouTube page dedicated to seeing how much I can change my body during perimenopause while lifting heavy weights and limiting cardio.
I won't show my face on my YouTube channel, so I am now looking for a mask to wear to record myself lifting weights, and that is just what I will do.
