High colorie foods

I’ve been trying to gain weight for the longest becuase I’m inconsistent with finding hardy foods. I’m recently lactose so I can have any milk products anymore. I’ve been drinking a bottle of juice a day to help add calories but I never seem to get to my 4,000 calorie a day goal with my meals. Any suggestions?

    Douse your veggies, proteins, and starches in olive oil? Butter and/or olive oil in your coffee?
