How can I lose weight and gain muscle on a low budget and with no gym equipment?

I just want to lose a healthy amount of weight and be more energetic

    Walking or jogging can be your cardio. They are free. Body weight exercises can build muscle without equipment. You can also make weights out of things like old milk jugs. Its not much but as body weight is not enough it will help

    Have you searched for a calisthenics park around you? Some cities have them usually in park areas.
