Looking for accountability and motivation friends!

Hello all! I am a woman who just turned 40 a week ago, and had my first baby 6 months ago. I have baby weight to lose but to be perfectly honest I was overweight before the baby. I wasn’t allowed to workout during my pregnancy due to it being high risk and that was a huge change for me. I used to do CrossFit in the mornings, lots of lifting and begrudgingly cardio, before baby. I also used to do some indoor climbing. Unfortunately I needed up having an emergency c-section and haven’t been doing much of anything since. I need to get back on track with eating and activity but I’m struggling with how tired the new baby plus my full time job make me. If anyone wants to connect for accountability, challenges and motivation (going both ways!) I’d be interested. About 6 years ago I lost 60lbs through diet and exercise and kept it off for over a year until I became pregnant which unfortunately ended in miscarriage. I know I can do this it just seems harder being older, more tired, and post partum. Hoping to make some new friends and good influences!
