Hey all,
I started MFP in January and excluding a couple a dodgy weeks at Easter I've been keeping a healthy lifestyle and seeing the benefits.
My plan is to strip the Fat off my body before then starting to build up muscle so I'm doing 100% cardio at the moment with a view to reducing and starting strength training once I get closer to my target weight.
Just wondered if this was the right approach??
Thanks
John

It's a terrible approach. The "Plan" is awful. Start strength training now, not in some mystery date in the future after all the fat has been "stripped off"0
