Yesterday, I ended up having a rice cake before bed, but tonight, I'm going to bed now. I'm hungry, but not gonna let it win!
I'm on an accelerated fat loss program for 6 weeks (cut). I can do this!

Having said this, I’m not sure your program allows, but try a little extra protein earlier. It should sustain you longer.0
