Hello everyone,
I have been trying to lose the last 10 pounds for a while now... and watch myself fail every single time
I have set my mind to this but there's this week where i'm too demotivated and craving everything (part of it is due to PMS oh well...) but it gets out of control. I don't eat too little when I 'diet', it's physically impossible for me to do so haha.
Anyways this week seems to ruin it all for me then I have to start all over again... What could be the reason behind it? I do come off as an emotional eater and yes I'm quite the sensitive person... but I really need this to work.
Thanks in advance.

It's a very popular topic on here. I'd do a search on "for the ladies" since the that's usually the title of the topic, and there will be lots and lots of suggestions. My personal one is to check out the blog called Chocolate Covered Katie", have some frozen lowfat yogurt handy in the fridge, and some salty snacks. You can make them yourself too. I like baked zucchini with asiago (it's a very strong salty cheese, so you get that salty fix really quick), pita chips with tzatziki sauce (it's basically the Greek ranch, so it can replace sour cream and other dips), and I make my own personal pizza in the microwave my adding some marinara, mushrooms, and mozzarella on a whole wheat flatbread. Little things like that can really satisfy those cravings without blowing your calories. As far as workouts, just push yourself. Keep repeating "the first step is the hardest" over and over to yourself. Or even "it's not easy, it's worth it". Giving yourself a little kick is definitely a necessity for most of us during that week.0
