After a few days of not having any results when it comes to weight loss but having monumental results when it comes to feeling better I realized something crucial in the beginning of a weight loss journey it's not about how different your body looks it's not about looks it's not about the scales it's simply about how you feel feeling healthy feeling strong feeling proud feeling normal guilt feeling the constant state of progress the feelings or the only part that matters in the beginning it takes at least one to four weeks to see weight loss on scales it's better to become obsessed with the feelings that you have as I am truly obsessed with Feeling healthy feeling in control feeling so energized so young So Vibrant so full of life once again after such a long time

Exactly this! The weight loss will follow if you do the work. But just feeling better in yourself is a huge win.1

Yes. Simply taking the reins and starting down a path of improvement is empowering. We can realize we have the power to create change in our lives, including change in our mindset and attitudes.
Keep up the progress, gradual or speedy, but always incremental progress . . . it just gets better.1
