Can't find a food scale that does these simple things!!

Options
It's been years I have been using a food scale but unfortunately I can't find one that does the following:
Usually when you are weighing food you have a plate in which you keep it not a bowl or so. The plate will hide the reading and when you take the plate off the reading will disappear. So I used to put a bowl on the scale and then a plate on top of it and taring both before actually weighting the food. Is there a food scale that has a higher platform or so such that the reading are visible or something that holds the reading?
When I use the food scale to weight my food I will usually not immediately note it down on my phone. Is there a scale that has a temporary memory or will send it to the internet or bluetooth phone, such that you can log down the exact numbers later on.
Sorry it might sound simple but I have tried to find a food scale that does both but couldn't!! Maybe they don't mention these properties in the description of the scales

For the first question, I just treated myself to this one (during a half price sale haha), it has a pull out display that can be read even with the biggest plate or pot:

I haven't seen one that does the rest, and I personally would love one with a memory so I could weigh my commonly used plates and pots, then select on the scale which one I'm using so it automatically tares, for those inevitable times I forget to weigh the empty plate first! As it is, I've been making a list in my phone.

I think this scale should be able to help you. It can be connected to a mobile app. After weighing, just click and it will help you record.

You can go to Amazon and search for COSORI nutrition scales to find it. I have been using this scale for a while and it helps me record food and track nutrition.

I also have the OXO Good Grips food scale where the display bar pulls out if you want to use a large plate or cutting board on it.

    No memory I’m afraid.

Love this post! I have struggled with the plate on the scale and did not know about the oxo scale. It’s actually $46 on Amazon!
