    One option: Figure out how many calories you need to eat to stay in range, starting with an MFP or TDEE calculator estimate, then running a 4-6 week experiment logging your food to verify the estimate and adjust if necessary.

    However, if you're under 18 . . . all bets are off. Talk to your coach, health teacher, or similar professional. People under 18 aren't supposed to join MFP, and calorie/nutrition needs are possibly quite different from adults. Age and development stage matter to those things.

    Alternatively, eat as you wish, getting good nutrition, and watch the scale. Your weight will fluctuate up and down several pounds from day to day because of fluctuations in water retention and waste in your digestive tract, but if you're eating the right number of calories - even when not counting them - your weight will fluctuate up and down through the same few pounds. If it starts fluctuating gradually higher, eat a little less of something calorie dense. If it starts fluctuating lower, eat a little more.
