Days Off ( Work, not lifestyle! )

When you have a day off work AND exercise, do you lower your calories to account for lack of exercise?
For example, all my exercise is work. I don't work out on days off and don't intend to. My job is very difficult and leaves me exhausted as is. So I spend my days off resting my hip on the couch and relaxing. This week I have 3 days off for the first time in months. I usually only get one.
Anyway, My goal is normally 1400. But when I'm not burning, for weight loss as sedentary, Id need to eat 1150 cals to continue losing. Buggar that!! So I eat at 1200 on days off. ( Keep in mind I'm only 4ft 8, hence low cal allowance )
My friend is coming round tomorrow and I bought some alcohol in forgetting that every WKD is 250 calories. So even if I ONLY have 2, I only have about 700 calories left for dinner. And dinner is Ikea meatballs so I have NO chance. However, regardless of my 1200 budget, I will enjoy tomorrow and eat in moderation.. Even if I somehow manage to hit 2000 I wont stress. I rarely see this friend and I will certainly enjoy the day.
Do you stay at a deficit on days off or do you maintain instead? ( For those of you who don't exercise )

I do, but not by too much. I normally eat 1600-1700 calories a day. On my rest days, which are the weekends usually, I eat 1300-1400 because I'm not doing anything that burns much calories.0
