Fast Food Hacks while on Keto

So when I need a low carb meal quick, I turn to McDonald’s and order a McDouble with NO Bun with only cheese. This puts it at 240 calories with only 2 net carbs. Add a keto Natures own burger bun which only has 1 net carbs and you have yourself a McDonald’s sandwich that only has 3 net carbs.     Hiding the sugars and wheat flour with added fiber is the new formula for making money, just keep in mind that your consuming wheat flour and sugar and it's a slippery slope.
