I'm slowly getting back into tracking my food. I've had a small win I have lost 4.4lbs or 2 kilos. I'm generally walking 10k steps daily Mon-Fri

    You are making strides in the right direction! Good for you for taking care of yourself. I need to get back to walking. It's been so cold, but I have a treadmill so I really have no excuse not to.
