I just had 2 back surgery on Xmas. It is hard having an invisible disability and being dedicated to fitness? Has anyone else experienced this life?

I had a very debilitating back injury that put me out of the gym and most daily activities for about a year/year and a half. Thankfully during that time off I recovered without the need of medical intervention, but I am still very cautious of what I do and how my back feels doing it. Currently I am in physical therapy for my right shoulder as it has multiple micro tears as does the bicep tendon. I had an injection 3 months ago and the PT is helping for sure but still limits what I can press. Injuries really suck especially when fitness is a huge part of your life. I hope and pray you recover fast and are able to continue perusing your fitness journey. Don’t give up! 💪🏼0
