My daily routine at work

Everyday I do a little exercise routine at work and it's made a huge difference.
At my first break instead of getting a snack and sitting in the breakroom like everyone else I go to a set of steps at the back of the building. It's 57 steps to the top.
I go up and down them 6 times. When I get to the top there is a bench. I do pushups, dips off that bench when I get to the top each time. My last trip up I do 60 calf raises off the top step. I repeat this (but 7 times up) after eating lunch.
What do you do to keep active at work?

Oh, I'm pretty sure people do things to stay active at their not-inherently-active jobs. Please don't feel offended or discouraged, there are a lot of threads here, and not every one - even good questions like yours - gets attention. Personally, I saw it, figured others would answer . . . because I don't have a job (retired
).
If you're interested in the topic, there's a thread where lots of MFP-ers shared the ways they include more activity at work (and at home, or on errands, or . . . . ):

Though I don't work (at a job), I do lots of small things to add extra movement to my day without spending extra time: Doing side leg raises and donkey kicks when working on something that doesn't require close attention at the kitchen counter, squats while I brush my teeth and wall sits while I floss, and things like that.
That's not as complete or clever as how you've figured out how to fit in a whole post-lunch workout without special equipment, but every bit of challenging movement increases physical capability, and burns some extra calories. It's good stuff.

That is wonderful, I am getting close to retirement so you gave me some great ideas when it does actually happen. Thank you for sharing1
