So I’ve been on and off MFP for a very long time…spent more time off of it then on it the last couple years. Anyway, I’m back and looking for like minded people to help push me to continue making healthier choices. I lift 6 days a week, and cardio 7 days. My diet has been my weakest point. I’m not really concerned with the scale as much as I am my body fat %. If you want someone to help push you and give you support I’m all for it, feel free to add me.
