So Iā€™ve been on and off MFP for a very long timeā€¦spent more time off of it then on it the last couple years. Anyway, Iā€™m back and looking for like minded people to help push me to continue making healthier choices. I lift 6 days a week, and cardio 7 days. My diet has been my weakest point. Iā€™m not really concerned with the scale as much as I am my body fat %. If you want someone to help push you and give you support Iā€™m all for it, feel free to add me.
