So Iāve been on and off MFP for a very long timeā¦spent more time off of it then on it the last couple years. Anyway, Iām back and looking for like minded people to help push me to continue making healthier choices. I lift 6 days a week, and cardio 7 days. My diet has been my weakest point. Iām not really concerned with the scale as much as I am my body fat %. If you want someone to help push you and give you support Iām all for it, feel free to add me. Letās meet and beat our goals this year and every year. šŖš¼
