    Hello and welcome!

    I'm probably not a great weight loss buddy, being at a different stage of the process (weight maintenance), but I wanted to stop by your thread with greetings and encouragement, in part because we're in a similar demographic. (I'm 69, female, was 59-60 during weight loss.)

    I'm really happy to hear that you've committed to chair exercises. Any and all exercise is good exercise! It seems like some people our age have given up on that front, even some who seem to have limitations that might be possible to overcome to some extent. Kudos to you for working out!

    One little quibble: I'd hesitate to publish a personal email address here. Most people are super nice and helpful, but there are occasionally a few scammers or creeps. Your call, but if you decide you may want to change that, you could use the "Flag" option on your own post above, then click "Report", and in the pop-up click "other" and ask the moderators to edit it. It may take overnight or something, but they're usually happy to do that sort of thing.
