    Good luck! I did my first one in 2024. Just follow your coaches plan (do you have a coach?) and it's never too early to start posing practice. Are you cutting now or building and then cutting later?

    I’m 53 too! Just starting out with a coach. Not brave enough to compete but might plan a photoshoot one day! Keep us posted on your journey. You look pumped and amazing! How long have you been building?
