I just returned to using Fitness Pal, and want to view my weight loss journey since 2013. How do I find that?

If you have free MFP, I don't think your records are available to you forever. I'm not sure what the timespan is for any particular category, though.0

My app has all my weigh ins going back to 2014, but the desktop version only has them for 12 months. I find them under 'Progress' on the app, and can scroll down through all of them.0

Yikes indeed! Been a while since I looked on the desktop version for this. I usually only use it for logging when the app is too annoying. But yeah, all the data is still available in the iOS app.0
