Aloha to MyFitnessPal community! Iʻm Kanoe and I live on Hawaiʻi Island. I’m beginning my journey towards a healthier life and have been using the app for a week. I have so many questions about how to be successful in developing healthier habits and routines. If you have any suggestions for me I welcome it. I am a type2 diabetic, menopausal gal with hypertension who has been on meds for far too long. I am trying out intermittent fasting 14:10 along with a low-carb diet. I struggle with maintaining a consistent exercise routine. Would like to connect with others who have been in a similar situation. Mahalo!
