My husband and I are new to using the app. We are both trying to eat right but it’s incredibly hard when you have picky eaters to feed as well. Does anyone have some fast and easy kid friendly recipes they could share?

    Soy chicken with buttered noodles

    Ingredients:
    Chicken tenders
    Soy sauce
    Egg noodles

Place a large skillet on medium-high heat. Spray with non-stick PAM. Cook the tenders for 3 minutes, flip, cook 3 minutes more. Remove from heat to a plate.

In the same skillet, add 1/2 cup water and 1 1/2 cup soy sauce. Add 1 tsp each of garlic powder and sugar, stir. (If kids are not eating, also add 1 tsp of red pepper flakes.) Reduce heat to low, return chicken to skillet for 3-5 minutes, flip, let marinate for 3-5 minutes more. (During this time you can cook the egg noodles in a separate pot per directions on the package.)

Serve with choice of veggie. Total time from start to eat: 20 minutes. High protein, low calorie, high flavor.

    Tunamato

    Ingredients:
    One box Mac 'n Cheese
One can diced tomatoes (optional to use flavored)
    One can tuna, drained

Prepare the Mac as directed. Once cheese is mixed in, add tomatoes and tuna, stir and serve. Optional: add one can peas, drained.

All food groups in one pan, kids are eating mac 'n cheese (don't tell them what else is in it). Total time start to eat: 15 minutes. Bonus: very cheap to prepare, stores in fridge and reheats well.
