Help from Ct!

Hello, I just joined a week ago. I'm looking to lose some weight like everybody else. I'm also looking to figure out how to figure out how many calories or max carbs I need per day in my diet. Does anybody have a calculator for that? Thank you and again my name is John. I'm in my mid 50s and I can't wait to start using this app. Also, can this app be access to a laptop computer?
