Help with food ideas

Hi, please can someone help with suggestions of healthy meals (ideally quick) with no dairy or shellfish? Im bored of salads, i do have vegan butter and cheese bur trying to stay away from the fatty stuff. My maintenance calories are 1220.

    Stir fries are super fast and have a huge variety, there's no end to the veg and protein combos you can have with different sauces and seasonings.

    A good old grilled meat and veg is a big staple in our house, veg can be steamed, sauteed, roasted, BBq'd...

    Stew type dishes can be made in bulk and heated when needed, I'm partial to a ratatouille type veg mix where I can just add a protein.

    Honestly, I go weeks without eating shellfish or dairy.

    A good site that I love for ideas is SkinnyTaste, soooo many recipes with calorie counts.
