I get that some people skip breakfast or prefer to save up calories to have more at dinner, but I hope the rest of your day has more calories per meal than that! ;)

Another option would be nonfat Greek yogurt, either a low-calorie flavored commercial one, or plain with berries or a bit of peanut butter powder.

I'm one of the people who - based on experience - must eat a solid breakfast with ample protein, or I'll be craving and likely to eat the contents of the kitchen before bedtime, so I may not have the best insight here. If you get adequate calories overall, and a small breakfast works for you, that's great, sincerely. People vary. :)

    Best wishes!

Not sure what is really filling at 100 calories to be honest.
My breakfast is protien heavy, so 1/2cup egg white, whole egg and a 1/2c of dry cheese curds. It's about 300 calories but it puts me at my 30g of protien to start the day out.
