I’m new

If anyone has any tips that can help me on my journey in the last 8 months I’ve lost 54lbs and on the 9th I was 214.4 and this morning I weighed in at 202.2 and it’s the 12th most of the weight has been lost in the last 2 months when I started eating better and hitting the gym so if anyone has any daily routines I’ll gladly use them the goal is under 175 and have abbs everything helps thx

    You e already learned a lot with the substantial amount of weight you lost before coming to MFP.

    My best advice:

    Weigh accurately

    Log honestly

    Get a fitness tracker and sync it to MFP if you haven’t already done so

    Read the “sticky” threads at the top of each sub-board for advice and info on how best to use the app

    Expect weight loss to slow considerably now that you’re within about 25 to goal.
