    Sardines, smoked oysters, cantaloupe, watermelon, almost anything hello fresh in moderation.

    Really not different for GLP-1 users vs. anyone else pursuing weight loss: Lean meat, fish, veggies, fruits, whole grains as the largest part of one's overall eating.
