It has been 2 years I have been trying to loss the weight I gained the last year of COVID/ related to lifestyle change and grief. I have tried different diets/lifestyle changes/exercises regimen. I have lost and gained weight. I am working on short term goals and have chosen the 75 Hard/Medium since I am limited in how I exercise .

Good morning, Denfacey22.
I’ve been through 75 hard a few times with groups of friends. This program is really more about mental toughness than anything, as it is not a training program. Stay honest with yourself as you walk through it, and remind yourself that the habits you are forming are fantastic groundwork for the discipline required to lose and keep weight off.
I applaud you for taking it on and am happy to support you as you move through it. Start that water early. Would love to hear what you’re reading.0
