Hello - I’m 62 and so far really enjoying the My Fitness app. My goals are around overall health and longevity. I want to hike, travel, and lift my grandchildren well into my 80s and 90s. I believe in heavy lifting for strong muscles and bones and sprints to improve vo2 max. I believe healthy, nutritious food can also be delicious. I’m a science nerd and love learning about all the above. Happy to be here.

Welcome @andrienthomas! Couldn't agree more re: nutritious food, my wife and I have been (mostly) vegetarian for a few years now and with having gotten into cooking, it's done a ton for our health in addition to being very enjoyable. Hope to see you around more!1
