Hi All - do you weigh meat, such as a chicken breast cooked or uncooked to determine the calories? I have a frozen chicken breast that is 164 grams. When it is cooked it will weigh less. Thanks for your help 😀

I weight raw, because the weight loss in cooked lean meat is pretty much water, and the more you cook it, the more water is cooked off, so the less it weighs, but all the elements that have calories are still there.
With fatty meat, like lamb chops, I might weigh after because of all the fat that melts off.0
