Challenge goal - 10 pounds
Date- weight, workouts, log
Jan 1 - 250 lb, ✅, ✅
Jan 8 - 249.2 lb, ✅, x
Jan 15- traveling this week, yikes!
Jan 22-
Well, I’ve been doing well on exercising at least 3 times per week. I’m enjoying a dance fitness class and long walks.
I really need to incorporate more resistance training … future goal.
I’ve been able to reduce my sugar intake since holidays which is a big plus. I’m not doing well at logging though.
I’m traveling this week… vacation. Hoping I don’t gain!
