Hello πŸ™Œ

Hi! I'm a 41 year old stay at home momma of 2 rambunctious young men.

I had gastric bypass surgery last October [2023] and I have gone from 437 to 231!!

I spend my mornings at the gym πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ doing about 45 minutes of cardio and then weight lifting. In the summer, I like to walk early in the mornings. [If anyone can help me figure out how connect my garmin watch to my account to track exercise and steps, I'd appreciate it!]

I love music, reading, cooking and baking. I like camping, football [go Stillers] and baseball [go Pirates!] and watching my boys play their own sports.

I'm always open to new friends motivation and support! 😊

Welcome @mommabear920, and congratulations on your successful surgery and successes so far!

To link with Garmin, please try the following:
Log into the MyFitnessPal site and go directly to : www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/120
    Tap the Connect button
    Log into the connect.garmin.com website
    Click connect option for MFP.
    Click Agree
    Click Allow

Once you have connected on the Garmin side, we recommend going to our main website at www.MyFitnessPal.com, then to the Apps tab, and double check on the right hand side of the page under "Your Apps" to make sure Garmin is now listed there.

If you are using our updated Android or iOS apps that have the Steps feature, you can elect Garmin to be your main Step source. Simply go to the menu in the app, then Steps, then add Garmin as your elected option (please note you can only have one elected Steps option).

If you have other questions with getting things working, our Customer Happiness team is happy to help! You can submit a request at https://myfitnesspal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us or email directly to support@myfitnesspal.com
